To order a battery, please get contact with AMORGE sales, they will help to confirm the battery details, payment info and shipping details.
We can accept the following payments:

Bank transfer.
Cubiod batteries without iron box usually takes about 3-4 working days.
Complicated and shaped batteries will take 4-5 working days.
Batteries with iron box will take 3 or more days to customize the iron box.
By sea shipping time is generally 30-35 working days.
By air shipping time,
9-12 working days to United States,
10-13 working days to Canada,
12-15 working days to Europe.
NOTE: if the packages get checked by customs, the shipping time will increase.
After the order is shipped, we will have a tracking number and checking website for you to check.

When received the order.
Check if the packing is good, if any damage on the packing, take a clear photo or video, feedback to your sales.
Unboxing the package, check if the items inside are good, if any damage, same take clear photos or video, feedback to your sales.
Check the labels on the battery, make sure it's the battery that you are ordering.
Plug in the charger, if the BMS is with bluetooth, scan the QR code on the battery, download the app, connect the battery and check the status of the battery. if you have any question on connecting the battery, you can contact your sales, they will help.
Charge the battery to full before using. if the voltage difference is large(≥0.01V), please wait for the balance complete(only battery with bluetooth can check the voltage difference).
Make sure the postive and negative pole are correct when connecting to your bike.
Warranty one year.
Artificial damage won't support the warranty.
Impacting, falling, soaking, modifying the parameters of BMS.
